Rua D. Pedro V, 1291250-094 Lisboa
Príncipe Real meets South America in one of Lisbon's hot spots. At the entrance we are welcomed by a giant octopus hanging from the ceiling, announcing what awaits us. Influenced by the Peruvian tradition of ceviche and pisco sour, chef Kiko Martins (who is part of the new generation of Portuguese chefs and also in charge of the O Talho restaurant) offers in this innovative and intimate location new ways to eat fish, with a menu that combines world flavors with traditional Portuguese flavors, featuring dishes like Pure Ceviche, Tuna Ceviche, Sea Quinoto, and Causa with Scallops. But beware: between the tables and the counter, the restaurant has only 24 seats and does not accept reservations.
