The neighbour and twin restaurant of Ibo, known for its Portuguese cuisine with Mozambican influences, is the Ibo Mar which features a selection of the best and freshest national seafood and fish. There is everything from lobster or national spider crab to blue lobster that can be tasted au naturel. You also have crabs, prawns, a la Guilho shrimps, or the famous clams from Ria Formosa (several species of clams, cockles and mussels), all a constant presence on the menu. Then there are other traditional snacks such as loin steak on toasted bread with steak sauce or the sirloin steak with toasted bread and a special focus on the Mozambican beer brand Laurentina.
