Kiko Martins (one of the representatives of the new generation of Portuguese chefs, a judge in TV shows such as "Chef's Academy" and "Cook Off" and author of “Comer o Mundo” ["Eating the World"] and "Jantaradas" [Feasts]) opened this location in 2013 as a venue for the research and development of new ways to cook meat. A restaurant and a butchery at the same time, this "gastronomic laboratory" invites us to take an imaginative journey through the flavors of meat. In the menu, the main highlights are Aged Beef, Talho-style Steak Tartare, and the very popular Portuguese Stew Croquettes. It has a fine wine list (including a wine called "O Talho"), it offers a home-delivery service, and it is located right across El Corte Inglés.
