After the success of D.O.C., a restaurant overlooking the river Douro between Régua and Pinhão, Rui Paula, a known chef and restaurant entrepreneur, decided to open a new space in Oporto. Located near the river in the Palácio das Artes (Arts Palace), DOP is a two floor contemporary space that offers an elaborate signature kitchen.
