Located in the old part of town of Caldas da Rainha, close to the old factory Bordallo Pinheiro, the Ceramics Museum is housed in a romantic palace. The collections include pieces of the old Caldas ceramics of the seventeenth and eighteenth up to the first half of the twentieth century. Of special note are the works of clay artisans Maria dos Cacos and Manuel Mafra and a special mention to Rafael Bordallo Pinheiro.
